Worst McDonalds ever. Inside was filthy. Not one clean table at 11:30 for lunch. Soda machine area was also a mess. Very few straws or napkins left. Bathroom was ridiculous. Asked an employee in the other stall for toilet paper and was totally ignored. Needs some new management!

I had a charred patty for my Quarter Pounder. Honestly rather disgusting, and not anything that should be served to human beings. It also took awhile for a McDonald's, which I understand happens when it's busy.

Just left the McDonald's in El Paso, Illinois. We canceled our order when the drive thru waiter decided to get mouthy because he couldn't get our order right. Boy has McDonald's gone downhill on customer service and having the courtesy towards the customers who pay their wages . Good thing they get $15 per hour.

Very rude service, accidentally went to the second window and got ridiculed for it. Only reason I passed the window was because the girl at the register was sitting down on her phone and didn’t acknowledge that we pulled up. The food wasn’t correct, I ordered a plain McDouble and regular one and both came plain, mind you that one had the plain sticker on it and the other didn’t. Also weren’t any napkins in the bag. I was the only person in the drive thru. I didn’t get the name of the rude kid but he had his nails painted black. If you have that type of attitude you do NOT need to be working in fast food service. Strait up a$$, he’s lucky I didn’t make a scene.
