The rooms were nothing like the pictures. Our room was dirty with coffee rings or something all over furniture. The room we were supposed to have was not available so they charged me extra for a different room. Breakfast bar... coffee is horrible and there is really no Breakfast. I will never go back agian!!!

Positive: The coffee machine, microwave and fridge. Free breakfast but generic pancake syrup. Beds were comfortable. Negative: Door had extra lock removed, front door seemed a bit off, bathroom door didn't close properly.

I was very disappointed when I arrived. We called and booked a room for a certain price and were told a completely different price when we arrived and we were not financially prepared for that. My dad is gravely ill and we had to make arrangements just to get here and sure didn't need that kind of surprise. We drove in from Milwaukee and there really wasn't time to make different arrangements. The cleaning staff was very helpful however. We ended up paying $465.00 instead of the $310.00 we were quoted. Very disappointed.

Came to town September 4 for a funeral. Arrived at 3 am after a 6 hr drive and was treated like dirt at super 8. Made me feel like a bum when i had MORE than enough money to cover the room. The night shift lady on 9-4-2020 at 3am was the best. I called around several places,got ahold of this place. She told me to come right over. Within 30 min of the super 8 nightmare i was in a CLEAN room at Heritage. And by clean i mean i smelled like apple cleaner and rubbing alcohol. Beds were clean and comfy for a hotel bed. Quiet motel. I have definitely found my GO TO place when i come to visit family in that area. Great Job Guys
