Two thumbs up for The Glen View apartments. The buildings are clean (in & out), quiet and super well managed!! Management is helpful and responsive. Location is also very convenient with lots of shops around. Would definitely recommend it to apartment seekers.

This review is long overdue. We moved out 3 months ago not because we don’t like the place but because they don’t have any available two bedrooms at the time. Our place was on the main building and we had a great view. Everyone was so nice and really helpful. From Sebastian, to Kelly and all the working technicians and cleaning ladies.

As a long time resident I'm qualified to say when I first moved in long ago the property was in disrepair. The new management has completely turned the entire property around. This is a very desirable place to live these days. The amenities are wonderful...and the leasing office with Sebastian running things is first class...very courteous, attentive, and pro-active. The glue to the grounds are the maintenance staff of Juan, Joel, Paul, and Tio. They all have been here for awhile and are the best. I've never experienced a situation, concern, or issue that needs their attention, where they don't find a solution! Great guys...hard workers!

I absolutely LOVE this apartment. It is clean and everything works properly. There are NO bugs, as in NONE, not 1, not even a spider!! Which is a huge deal for me, as I moved from my last place because it was infested with grasshoppers. The management is excellent and the maintenance people are awesome as well. I call to have something looked at and it is always done within 1 business day. Also, they take care of changing the air filters and checking/replacing batteries in the smoke detectors. Plus they do spot checking of housekeeping, which some may find invasive, but I like. I don't want to live next door to a hoarder or someone who has snakes as pets, or who knows what in their apartment. I like that management keeps on top of people to make sure they are not doing anything that will invite unwanted visitors, such as mice and rats, into our beautiful apartments. What should seem like a tiny little apartment is actually very spacious. There are plenty of closets to hold all of my clothes!! The balcony is large and there is virtually no noise at all. I can't hear anyone in the apartments next to me and I can't hear anyone above me. I am even able to get in to the laundry room whenever I want. There was maybe 1 time that I had to wait. I am so thrilled with this place, I have been here for 6 months and still do not have 1 thing to complain about. I am very happy, I don't think I will be moving again. One final thought, the parking is always easy. I am disabled and have a sticker and I always have a spot to park in. Even my visitors have commented on how nice and easy it is to park here. Many thanks to the Management Team, who make this such a great place to live!!
