Beautiful place and a quiet detting

I love this course. A short 15 minute ferry ride from steilacoom is all it takes. It is metiulously manicured and nestled among the trees on Anderson Island. Greens are fast, even when wet, but this course offers a great opportunity to hone your iron skills. The restaurant is across the street and offers excellent service and food.

I will miss everything about the Riviera. I know people complain from time to time about fees or management but please take time to really take in how lucky you are to live in such an amazing community! Absolutely love this course! They maintain this course in an incredible manner which makes it an absolute honor & joy to play!!
This is not a club in the way you are thinking. More of a semi private housing area. No gates or anything like that. The golf club might have restrictions but as a family member you should be good to go. Very nice island to visit.
Not if you are in the Riviera HOA. ....they have a campground for camping
As long as the Tiny Home meets the minimum 1000 square feet home requirement (unlikely) it will qualify (most single wide mobile homes average 800 sq. ft). The tiny home may qualify as a recreational vehicle which can be parked next to your qualifying home, but you cannot live it it (per the rules) - but who would know?
