I love MOD Pizza but I was here 7/29 at 8:45 with my girlfriend and the staff that was working was treating the new employee Logan terribly! I was appalled at how they were speaking to him so condescendingly and belittling. It is clear he is new so they should be a little nicer as from what I saw he was doing his very best! The girls on staff were so very rude not only to me but to poor Logan! I asked his name and told him he was doing a good job as he looked so sad!

I had a great experience at MOD Pizza. The staff was friendly, the pizzas were accurate and cooked well. The drink station was well stocked and the facility was clean. Best of all, the pizzas were delicious. I love that you can pick any toppings without incurring extra costs. In addition to soda, they have flavored lemonade and flavored teas which are also quite delicious.

This is the best mod pizza I've been too. First off, it's super clean and organized. Trash was empty, all surfaces were clean and the bathroom was spotless. Secondly, the people are great, very friendly but most important they put care into crafting the pizzas without just dumping ingredients on and rushing it to the next area. Bravo to the manager and team here.

We love this store. Have eaten here many times. Very friendly and great food. We never order off the board, but usually ’build our own.’ The pizza makers will always adjust the proportions of any if they ingredients. Just pay attention and ask. App is not so great but that is not the store’s fault. They did just recently increase the time to use rewards before they expire, which was the main problem for me. They could learn from a Jersey Mike’s reward program which is awesome.
