Motel Tipton is under new family ownership and management. It’s been renovated to today’s standards of lodging and provides comfortable, clean rooms. Motel Tipton currently features 8 sparkling rooms, with queen beds and by early July, four rooms will be deluxe king beds and 1 deluxe double queen room. Each room has a private bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, Roku TV and free WIFI. Fresh & new! A wonderful place of comfort and pride within the Tipton community!

Nothing fancy but nice and clean and quiet. These are the nicest people we have met. The accommodations are nice clean and comfortable. You are not paying for unnecessary amenities that you won't use any way. We have stayed there several times and will again when we are in Tipton.

We, my husband & I stayed there last year during Hunting Season. It's very close to our hunting land. We had no problems, we stayed for 2 weeks, very nice & cleanig My husband tried calling before he left this year, just 2 days ago. No answer. He then went to the BANK next door, who owns the Motel, they told him someone will be there at 3 PM, No one wd there, then they had a sign in Window saying No Availability, No one returns your phone call.
