Beautiful campground. Well maintained. Pretty stream, stocked with trout, runs throughout the area. Nice area for hiking. Great playgrounds for kids and rec areas for adults. Restrooms are clean. Camp sites are even and well spaced. The gravel roads, especially at the entrance and in the back loop, need attention. They are uneven and include speed bumps that are too high for some campers. They can be quite hazardous to the undercarriage of your travel trailer.

This is a very clean park and easy to find for all your camping canoeing ,kayaking and boating trips. There are 3 really nice ramps above this park to put in your canoe kayak or tube. Great place to put your boat in and float down to Lake Delhi.

Great family campground. Very clean and nice shower house. They have 3 playgrounds though out campgrounds. Also have nice hiking trails and a beautiful trout stream. River access to the maquoketa river and boat parking. The lower camping area by the river does get flooded so be prepared to move. The only reason I didn't give bailey's 5 stars is because of the "tent popping". Where people, mostly locals pop small tents to save spots. This make it extremely hard to get into Bailey's. It seems to be a little out of control and I wish the campground would only allow this in the lower campgrounds by the river since it tend to flood. This would allow more out of town folks to be able to enjoy this campgrounds.

No I have not.
You can have a fire, sone places have fire pits. They do not have an actual R.V dedicated area, but you can have R.V's there.
No. They have a few foot bridges. But no wading up and down is allowed. It is a trout stream and is well used by Fishermen. The upper end is private land and is well posted.
Had something to do with the government not approving it anymore. I believe it was the U.S.D.A. saying take it down. The boat I am not sure.
No reservations at this campgrounds. It's first come, first served. People go out earlier in the week and pitch tents and pay for those days until they get there...sucks for people who can't do that. Maybe someday Bailey's will change at least some of there spot to reservable because it's really hard to get a spot.
