I went in today to renew my drivers license and update it to the real ID. I anticipated a bad experience but was pleasantly surprised by the friendliest workers and the speed I was helped and on my way! I was in and out in under 10 minutes! The 2 ladies that helped me were friendly and upbeat,they both had me laughing! Great job of changing my opinion of the DMV!

Excellent Service! First time ever in DMV I got a quick service without any delay. I have been to DMV offices in other states where they are taking hours of time to process the requests. Here the staff are well aware of the process and closing requests in 10 mins. Great Experience.

I drove 20 miles away from my home to go to THIS particular DMV. The one that is just 5 miles away, is a compete annoying nightmare to visit. Not to mention, no matter what time of day I go to the close one, it is ALWAYS packed with humans...that are never on their best behavior. My faith in the DMV has been restored. The guy with the eye patch has changed my opinion of the DMV forever. He treated me like a comrade, which is rare these days. Governor Evers, you should most definitely give this dude a fat raise. I will ONLY use this DMV moving forward. Rock on...
