This is a large RV park but 90% of the sites are annual sites. There are also only 5-6 full hookup sites. The park seems to be trying to convert their full hookup sites to park models and keep all short term RVers and campers in a newer section. That section does not have full hookups. The park is clean and almost all the annual sites are very well maintained. You can tell there is pride of ownership. We had one of the full hookup sites in the middle of annual sites and cabins. The roads in the park are very narrow and turns are very tight. It took two people to guide around the corner just to get to the site. The site was a decent size with a gravel pad and grass between sites. There were also some nice trees but we had to cut a few branches to fit under. The site was mounded in the middle so we had to move around a bit to find a level spot. There was a fire pit and picnic table on the site. These full hookup sites were pull through which was nice but to get out you have to make a 120 degree turn. There is no way to exist without going over park of the adjacent site and some of the yards on the annual sites. This park is really not set up for larger RVs, we have a 40ft motorhome. AT&T and Verizon service were both good. We did not stay in the section that is only RVers and campers but we did drive through. That area has fewer trees but the roads are still narrow. Sites are all grass or rock with weeds growing through the rocks. It looked pretty messy. It also looks like this area gets pretty muddy when it rains which could be a problem for big rigs. On the positive side the park has a really nice pool plus sport courts, a playground, a small store and a food truck on the weekends. The shower room was good sized but a bit outdated. If you are in smaller/lighter rig this might work.

Great camping spot on a beautiful lake with a small beach area. We were there on the week before a holiday so it was not too busy and we were not packed in with people next to us which was rely nice to have a lot of open space. Dog friendly too! Laundry on site as well as a small store. Bathrooms were filled with gnats and showers were push button short bursts, so you have to keep hitting Button for water. Not a swanky place to go, but overall really a nice and quiet time!

Nice campground, my family had a great time. My only complaint is that the staff seems to only care about seasonal campers. My holding tanks were full and I asked the staff if they offered pump out services and they told me that they only do that for seasonal campers. The porta potties were also not maintained at all I told the office about it and they never did anything. They do have bathrooms that are quite a walk away from where we were staying. Other than cleanliness issues it was a nice a place.

$70 + $4 resort+ taxes
Correct. Contact the office and they can set up the tour and answer your questions.
Yes, both
A seasonal spot does not have a cabin or anything on it you have to bring your own or buy one that is for sale in the campground. I do not know how much they are charging yet this year but you can always contact the office. And yes there is a cutoff time for parties and Loud Behavior. It is beneficial if you own a golf cart to get around the campground. It is a large Campground.
There are plenty of campers for sale. Sites depends
No tcf bank in the area. Woodman's is close by.
No. Most campgrounds in the area close for winter
