I am changing my review to 5 stars because of how my concern was immediately addressed and handled. I think that it says a lot about a company when they take the effort to follow up on their customers concerns and make it right. Thank you so much not only for hearing me, but for actually going the extra mile.

Took them a year to remove the tank and the other company had to remove it and set it aside!! They still tried to charge me for them not removing it!!! Poor communication lack of follow up!! If you ain't spending money with them you ain't nothing!!! Get your tank out of my yard!! Over priced and unreasonable requirements to get propane, if you're broke and can't afford to fill the whole tank they charge you more huh 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️... Basically if you're not on thier refill program or refilling 100% you get charged more and treated like your not important, even if we're seeing freezing temperatures.. We had a budget $$ to get propane and it wasn't enough for them to help us but yet they own the tank so no one else can fill it.. Monopoly can you say... I will see that this gets posted on any and all review platforms available. Locally owned acting like a big corporate company lmaooooo, People need to know.

A+ service. We rent a tank from them and they came and placed it and filled it up. Driver was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure the tank was set properly.
