Showed up to the hotel at 3:15 pm, got the keys, went to room, and it wasn’t cleaned yet. Was going to go back downstairs to sit while we waited. On the way down the stairs I fell. I broke my big toe nail completely off, sprained an ankle, got large scrapes on my elbow and knee along with huge bruises on my back and leg, among many other injuries you can’t see. While I was at the bottom of the stairs a housekeeper walked over me to go upstairs, while I’m clearly in excruciating pain and bleeding, which clearly annoyed me. And then she says, “it’s not our fault is it?” And continued up the stairs. This was by far the worst experience I have had anywhere in my entire life. Not to mention the room smelled like cigarettes and mold.

Thankfully only had to stay one night! It was comparable between staying the night in a kitty litter box and a smoked filled tavern. Was afraid to crack the window open for some fresh air because I was eye level to the parking lot. Tried the A/C to no avail. Asked for a late checkout ( ONLY because I had a function to go to later in the day) So they gave me till 11:30 instead of 11am At 11:10 bought some of my belongings out to the car and was locked out of my room even though I had verified the late checkout. Coffee pot leaked all over the chest & seeing I had no sleep I really needed it. The continental breakfast was slim pickings, cold cereal and a donut that looked like a “Little Debbie” Special. At least I got coffee Took a shower and the tiny bar holder by soap holder was detached.

Stayed here recently. Ironically Veronica Jackson was across the hall from me! She was removed by staff and police and told me she stayed on the cities dime during a smoke break, she didn't pay a penny. She was gross and filthy too. The hotel looked a tad dated, strange layout, but the afternoon guy was very friendly on the afternoon we were there. My husband and I stayed downstairs with our dog, and my only complaint was Ms Jackson's smell. A hot breakfast in the morning, friendly staff, and we were off heading back to Nevada. Overall a nice place to sleep. A touch outdated, but not bad at all. Not a bug in sight

The room smelled like smoke and mildew. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was also hair from the previous occupant in a few spots in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. All the linen was clean and well prepared. While I did not have this issue, be aware other Google reviewers recently reported bed bugs. Overall, it was a place to stay, but wasnt great, at least in my room. I had room 103.
