For potters, this is our regional supply store. The staff are knowledgeable and the shelves are well stocked, except for issues with the global supply chain. Their private label clays and glazes are great quality and available for low fire, mid range (cone 4-7), and high fire (cone 10-12). They also carry a wide selection of glaze brands such as Coyote, Spectrum, and Mayco.

Honestly if Georgie's wasn't the only ceramic supplier in the area, I would never go. The staff are the most unfriendly and lacking that I have encountered. It's almost like they don't care if you buy something or not. Ask them a question about glazes, raw materials for glazes, clay, etc... they typically shrug and say "I don't know". They are just not helpful on any level. They don't come out from behind the counter to see if you need help. They don't seem to want to even learn anything about ceramics or pottery. As much as I hate to say it, you are better off buying things online. You'll get better customer service and you'll be dealing with people who actually know a thing or two about this craft.

No, Georgies does not offer this service, we only offer multi-week classes and seminars Thank you for your inquiry.
They sell many different types of slip. They are $17 to $25 each for a gallon. Depending on what you want.

Up to come 6 (electric) per their website, but they do note gas reduction firing available. You'd probably have to call them.
