The guy named Bo is very rude. Me and my GF have been going bowling somehat regularly. He was rude the first few times we started going but I let it slide. I am legally blind but I choose not to use my white cane in the facility. This time when we went he made a very rude remark saying I don't look legally blind after my GF asked if the lights on the lane we bowl on could be turned on because I couldn't see too well with the black lights on. Overall we do have fun but won't be back after that comment

Poor customer service. The men in the front were not friendly and didn’t even welcome us. The points given to us did not reflect what we bowled - the lanes are messed up. The balls are poor quality. They only allow refunds for cash transactions. The black lights were turned off on a Saturday night. My family and I were not impressed.

Very clean, and staff was so friendly! The manager was even sweet enough to give me and my whole family and entire butter pecan pie as we were leaving! I highly recommend this place!

We went to celebrate my two children's birthday and the man that handles the business gave us an amazing deal and then split his tip i gave him with the two who had birthdays.... I have been going since i was a teen and would not want to bowl anywhere else... Amazing people and atmosphere....100% recommend to everyone
