Very quality work had a pair of shoes Resoled couple years ago and they were stitched on not just glued. The shoes are still in great shape. Pay for what you get !

I'd say there's a good chance he does. My cowboy boots were falling apart, leather came away from the sole. He put them back together, better than they were originally made. He's an old school shoe repair man (cobbler), if he can't, there's a few more in that general area. Cash only,
