Female cashier called my friend "Shorty" when we were in here yesterday morning. How insensitive and rude! I don't think I'll ever go in here again. Cashier almost got a talking to from me.

I love that there is free air here for your car tires!!!! It is truly a great amenity for the customers! I have always had great experience with the employees there, and it seems to always be in good clean order! Their items are stocked nicely and we usually get in and out fairly quickly! Their location is convenient for me to stop in when heading towards Vine Grove.

False advertisement and theft: I'm not from the area I went in during the thanksgiving holiday weekend. Picked up an item while there due to the really REALLY great price. When I went to the counter to pay for the purchase a different price came up. I IMEADIATLY said something to the clerk. Who told me "comeback tomorrow the owner will be here and she will be able to give you the price difference. Before heading back come I stopped by just as I was told to spoke with everyone in the store. The two managers and even the clerk from the day before. No adjustment or accommodation made. I was told I'm sorry there is nothing I can do. You falsely advertised a price and I overpaid... I would hate to think that this is the business methodology of the 'Five Star' brand to it's customers during the holidays, but if so BE AWARE!

The staff here are amazing. I stop by almost daily. At all different times. And always meet with a hello. The food they make in store is better than the fast food places around Radcliff.
