Everything was great until this morning at 4 AM my husbands truck doesn’t start because they turned on his cargo light and left it on and it sat for the weekend and drained the batteries.

Customer service is good but I question if the techs have ever worked on drum brakes. Brought my truck in to get the brakes looked at because they seemed like they were starting to stick. Was told they were good but needed a "slight adjustment but when I get the truck back and was 3 miles down the road the brake were so hot I got boil water of the brake drum. So I took it back they re adjusted them and why I can say they are better but I still feel the brakes grabbing while I'm not even on them. So I wouldn't take any of my vehicles to them again until I see that they have some actual techs that know what they are doing instead of techs that lied on the resume that they have worked on vehicles before. Even the only experience they got is doing a simple oil change.

I had to have Les Schwab meet me at my father's home to check the tires of a boat trailer, that had a heavy boat on it. The set up had been sitting for about 7 years. The service man that came out was outstanding and has been working for Les Schwab for years. I wish I could remember his name... But the service was as always, top notch and great quality customer service. They will have us as customers for life! Thank you Les Schwab!
