Tracking my package and I found out today it's been sitting being processed at Brownsville KY post office since the 11th of December. It's the 18th now. What is your malfunction??? I live 20 min. away.

Why are you being micromanaged with a small town you can spit to the other side from the other end??? Use your phone not the 800

Ridiculous !!! The phones always busy or off the hook one, can't get through to no one besides a toll free number , we want to talk to humans not automated voice!!!! Go somewhere that will answer the phone!

You'll need a few things. Application forms (unsigned, see rest of response) Proof of identity document and a photocopy of the front and back (suggest bringing the photocopy, though they may be able to do it for you and if not, the library can) Proof of U.S. Citizenship document and a photocopy of the front and back (same as above) Passport fees (around $50) but there is a state processing fee associated with it as well. I would suggest bringing a check with you, but the cost varies. The person who's helping you will calculate that. The application forms are DS-11 on the state department's website. You need to fill them out but DON'T sign them. The signing has to be witnessed by a postal service worker. The state dept's site is: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/requirements/forms.html
Post office be best place to start.but depends on what part of edmonson county too. I'd ask in the brownsville post office.
