7am appointment. They won't check anyone in until 6.45am. Nowhere to park nearby - I ended up wasting an hour sitting at the Tacoma rest area. Dock workers friendlier than office staff. Any office that has "HAPPY" on the wall in big letters you know is a miserable place to work. Kind of tight backing but not too bad - all about getting the correct set up. 7am appointment - first of the day so they started me immediately - don't know what it's like if your appointment is later on re: wait times.

Took long time to unload but was understandable sense the place we where suppose to deliver to didn't have room for the product

Used to be a decent place Used to let you come in early and deliver. the last time I was here the guys were fighting literally outside. the day manager could care less about you or your time. Drove 2300 mi to get there early before 1 p.m. they have gone home .I was told the park and deliver at 2 a.m. the owner of Western Distribution came out told me I had to move even though I did not have any hours or anywhere to go. Total violations that I now have. Will not be back. They can have someone else do this BS
