If I could give this place more stars I would. I was craving a good kabob and this place did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. Can't wait to order here again. For more recommendations follow @raleighunlocked on Instagram.

First time here been plenty of times at sister store of Neomonde. Menu and all the same. But some dishes not sold at Neomonde any more. Did take out you can eat in also if you like. The chickpea salad was okay some hard chickpeas in it as well . Also had chicken salad that was okay. We also bought the veggie lasagna couldn’t complain. Parking was a little troublesome. Will say the food was okay but just missing something or it was a new cook back in the kitchen. This problem is not here but all around town. Food taste being a little off and inconsistent. But in the end would be back to this location.

Excellent choice! Freshest food I have ever found in a restaurant. Huge selection of hot entrees and cold sides and salads. Service with a smile. Adjoining shop for specialty food items. Plenty of seating. Easy parking.

Really enjoyed our visit to Sassool. The pitas are brick oven baked right there and come out poofed up and hot. The hummus is very traditional (it’s not like Sabra!) and is a great experience. We went on a Tuesday and didn’t know kids eat free but got a free small pizza for the daughter, although it’s more like cheese bread and she wasn’t a huge fan- but was still good quality and she ate ours. I had beef kabobs, grape leaves and the hummus platter and it was good. Maybe would prefer a bit more flavor on the kabobs but they dipped well in the hummus. Overall a great place, quick, tasty and fresh.

Temperature screenings for employees before they clock in from work, mask wearing, hand sanitizer stations, plastic shields at the register, and increased cleaning
The kabob usually is served over rice, but there is an option to serve the kabob over mjadarah (MJ), which is popularly known as the "lentils & rice."
No, Sassool is counter style (like Panara Bread) with first come first serve seating.
SASSOOL serves a limited list of house wines by the glass or bottle
We closed early at 4pm due to weather.
I'm one of the owners at Sassool. Knafa is not on the menu. However, you could call and place a special order for a tray of knafa. The chef would be able to make it with advance notice.
