I ordered two pizzas for delivery online, so an hour later I track the pizza wondering why it’s taking so long knowing it’s a Sunday I know they are busy however it turns out they put it for a pick up. I called them for 15 minutes straight and nobody answered the phone. Still had them on the line when my boyfriend walked into the store and all three people were just standing around doing nothing while the phone was ringing.

Great service this place gets busy and a little short staffed, however they always rectify the issue and get it right. I am appreciative of the effort and the service. Keep up the great work.

Be prepared to wait MINIMUM 1 1/2 hours for your food, I live less than 10 minutes away and my food says its being "quality checked" for over an hour AFTER its done "baking". Whoever is managing this store is doing a terrible job at doing so.

Wife picked up an order here 2 days ago. Pays with a card, everything seems to go through fine, she is given a receipt and left. An hour later Dominoes is calling us telling our order didn't go through and we have to give them our credit card info over the phone. Sounded really shady so my wife checked her account and they refunded the order back to us after the order went through for some reason. Person on the phone said the order never went through but he was able to give my wife a receipt for everything. We reluctantly gave them the info over the phone but the whole thing seemed fishy. Definitely not going back to this Dominoes and would caution people to think twice about ordering from here.
