I miss the Spicoli type dude that worked there 2 months ago. He was extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful! The last 4 times I've come in the clerks didn't really know anyting, couldn't answer any of my questions very frustrating- you should have some general knowledge of the products you sell & not be Clueless!

The staff are not very helpful or well informed. They don't carry some of the most common items for Vapes, whether in juice lines or equipment. Last time I showed up there to check if they had a certain type of juice, their open sign was lit up but the door was locked and it was the middle of the day. I definitely won't go back.

Katie was very knowledgeable about everything in the store, and was very friendly. I even came back 10 minutes before she had to close up, and she was completely okay with it. Not many people will still give you great service that close to leaving their shift, but this staff is amazing. Me, my husband, my sister and brother in law, all shop here.
