This center is quite but have several problems:1- there is only one restroom and it is not acceptable because lot of people take exam at the same time and they had limited time to take rest and they should not wait on the line of restroom 2-the quality of the chairs and noise canceling are poor 3-there is no chair for sitting in the lobby and it has very tiny lobby . Hopefully they fix these problems

I tested today at this testing center and dealt with an attitude from the lady who checked me in. I had a 4 hour exam (passed) at this location. When I walked up to the testing center an older lady outside was smoking a cigarette and said “you here for testing?” I said yes. She said “ok be in a minute”. Unprofessional. I checked in, saw the mask policy, and went on to take my exam. The exam room itself was very warm, normally testing centers are cold, so I wore long sleeves and a sweatshirt. My mask was falling below my nose, and I was immediately interrupted by the testing center employee to pull my mask up. I had to take a break in between my exam to use the restroom, my exam did not allow for breaks and my timer was still ticking. I used the restroom quickly and then had to check back in. The lady stated if she saw my mask below my nose one more time she would terminate my test, and kept going on. I stated I understood and that I would like to be checked in now bc my exam time was still counting. After my exam was complete, I checked out. And the same lady who checked me in checked me out AND HAD HER MASK BELOW HER WHOLE FACE. Talk about hypocrisy! What is it about enforcing mask policies makes people feel so powerful? I will never go back to this place.

Do not schedule a test at this center. I was supposed to take an exam today that I have to take this week, and the center was closed. No sign on the door no explanation why just closed. So unprofessional now I have to wait several days to even be able to reschedule the exam and won’t be able to make the deadline I have. Whatever you do, sacrifice the extra drive time and go elsewhere

I do not recommend testing at this location. After two negative experiences at this location, I felt that I was being discriminated against as a young African American woman. The staff were extremely impolite and made belittling remarks on both occasions. Due to my arrival 10 minutes after the suggested time on my test paper, two staff members scolded me for not arriving the full 30 minutes before my report time. There was no one else in line and I was able to check-in for my test with an ample amount of time left before the official start time. Still, they spoke to me in an ignorant tone and ruined my testing experience. Thus, I began taking my test with tears running down my face. At the end of the test, I discovered that I received a score of 20 points above my required passing score. I exited the building positively and respectfully. Once I got to my car, I couldn’t stop crying because of the horrible testing experience. I felt so disrespected and angry that I could not get past those feelings to celebrate my passing of the test. If there was a problem with my arrival time then I would’ve preferred that they respectfully told me I was unable to take the test and required to reschedule than inappropriately speak to me. This was the second time the staff members, two Caucasian ladies, were rude to me at this testing center and I will not be going back. Condescending behavior from staff members should not be excused.
