I brought a smok vape from store had problems with it from very start had problems with it not turning on and saying check battery after 2 weeks of aggravation I took it back to store wanted another one or my money back they would not give me either I do not recommend buying a vape from them

I was in a rush, all I wanted was a bottle of vape juice, I knew exactly what I wanted. The store was supposed to open at 9am, I was there at 10am and it was closed. It finally opened at 10:15 and there was another customer in front of me. After waiting another 20 minutes for the clerk to help the other customer and ring him up, I find out they didn't even have what I wanted in stock, so I had to get something else.

The guys working here are very polite and down to earth. I always do business here rather than the other vape shops in the area the prices are fair as well as the workers if something is not right. We will be doing business here many more times.

Bought a KangaTech EvoD e-cig and have been dissatisfied all the way around. Carried it back the next morning because it would not charge and was told the charger was bad. Charger was replaced and have been back on 2 more occasions and the next time I was told nothing was wrong with it even though they couldn't get it to charge either. The last time I went, I still haven't been able to use it and was told there's nothing wrong with it. It doesn't light up when charging. Not sure if this is suppose to be happening as with all the others I have purchased, they always have. All I know is, it has never charged and I paid for a product I have NEVER been able to use. Would not recommend buying from there as they have not made any attempt to fix the problem any of the 3 times I went in after I purchased it!
