Roaches! Need I say more? But I will. After paying for my room online, they wanted $50 cash deposit. I'm a trucker and mostly never carry cash. I had to go across the street to the store to get money only to find out they had an ATM inside the building. Only half the room lights worked. The room phone did not work, and the room had a funny smell.

They false advertise the prices on their website and on the oyo app. Went to the front desk when I checked in and they said that the $33 promotion was not going to be accepted by them I was only told that other pay the full price or do not book with us. I did stay but I was not satisfied there was No phone in the room we stayed it was also very dusty the rooms do not get cleaned from what it looks like .

Not the greatest but for the price you can't complain. It's across the street from a truck stop so I gets pretty noisy at night. So it's definitely not a place for kid's. I stayed four days because of work. My first night a had to clean the room myself because it was old rags and urine on the toilet. But after that my room was thoroughly cleaned everyday.

Not a good experience at all. Extremely dirty, and smelled so bad. If I could do zero stars, I would.. I mean this place should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. I called ahead of time letting them know about my dogs and wanting a room with my kids. Also that I wanted a room on the ground level to easily unload my dogs and kids. I asked about fees and they said they would send me a link with the room charge and such. Not to mention they never let me know that a $50 CASH deposit was required even though I asked. They said they had a ground level room, but when I got there, they didn't have any....and the room they ended up getting ready for me that was on ground level was awful! . Then they had to charge me for the pet fee when I got there on top of that. Very disorganized and unprofessional. The blinds were broken, it was a smoking room (i had my small kids with me) the beds smelled horrible and I'm positive the sheets were not washed. The floor was soooo dirty, the furniture was filthy and the toilet wouldn't flush and I had to wipe that down as well. I wasn't looking for anything amazing because I had my dogs with me but this was just disgusting! We literally slept for a few hours and left at 5 in the morning. Just go somewhere else, this place was a complete disaster and a hazard.
