This location has gone way down hill but I do not think it is the employees fault. Two employees during a dinner rush is not enough. Poor people look over worked and underpaid. Take care of your employees so they can take care of the customer.

I love jersey Mike's this one was messy and not very clean ,staff was young and wondered off on a few customers while we where there .4 or 5 employees all gathered in the back room.
