The food was good (as usual), but the drive-thru line was total chaos. I'm honestly surprised I didn't get into an accident. A first for me was that a Cook Out staff member actually asked me to *back up* when I attempted to approach the window after ordering. The poor guy at the window looked stressed and overworked when I finally got my food.

Came in late night and they had some good cheese fries. This place always has a long line wrapped around their bldg!

This is the only reliable fast food option on exit 23 anymore. They are actually open late, don’t give attitude when they take your order, they actually ask if you want sauce, they actually give napkins(idk why this doesn’t seem to be the standard for fast food places anymore. You eat the food with your hands, you need napkins), the food is always hot, and honestly the food quality has been improving over my last few visits. The literal only thing I’d say as constructive criticism is that sometimes they should wipe the milkshakes off before handing them to you. It’s usually always a mess. But this is easily something I can fix and I’m not taking a star off for that.
