This establishment is very unprofessional and lacks proper customer service. I successfully scheduled an appointment through this salons booking page. When I arrived at my appointment I was informed I no longer had an appointment because they were double booked. The owner was persistent in stating I was the problem for not answering my phone the day of. I was called twice by this establishment with no voicemail left. When I looked up the number from the missed call, it did not come back as the salon. Since scam calls are at an all time high, I did not feel the need to return the call. There was no way for me to know this missed call was from their salon. They also tried explaining the system overbooking my appointment with another after mentioning my missed calls. The owner was more concerned with deflecting and proving excuses than taking ownership over them handling the situation wrong. Though I understand issues arise, this was not the proper way to handle the situation. They should have left a voicemail so I was aware and return their phone call or they could have simply canceled my appointment instead of letting me come in expecting to get my hair done. I was referred to this salon by a friend and I am highly disappointed.

The first I came here was wonderful the second time was a nightmare due to the owner herself. Extremely rude and condescending complained about every little thing like I was her child. I paid good money to have my hair braided and she couldn’t even finish in one sitting. I ran out of hair and had to leave to get more only to find out that she had already left and expected me to pay for unfinished crochet. I had to ask one of the stylists who also didn’t know what he was going to finish because I refused to come back. Shocking how different my experience was this time around I will never be back.

This was my first time visiting the salon. I was serviced by Max. She was amazing start to finish! She greeted me warmly, offered me something cool to drink, and made me feel comfortable and at home. She carried on conversation with me and asked questions about my hair and overall well-being. I felt she really cared about providing me with a good experience! This is a place you go to make sure your hair gets what it needs. My hair and scalp felt amazing after my wash and condition. The products she used weren’t heavy, my hair felt light. During the entire service she continued to ask if I was comfortable. I’ll definitely be returning!
