I bought a new phone as a gift for my husband at another AT&T store, I wish I had come here first! The phone wasn't set up correctly and the service rep wasn't at all helpful, so I decided to try my luck at the Westbrook store. I couldn't believe the difference in customer service. We were greeted immediately by JP Morin when we walked in and even though he was busy with other customers he assured us that he could help us. He quickly assessed the issue and was able to get the phone up and running for us, even while also helping other customers. The process was lengthy since he had to reset the phone back to factory settings before he could complete the transfer, but he remained positive and cordial throughout the entire process. JP is extremely knowledgeable and certainly knows how to deliver superior customer service.

Never buy a phone at an event somewhere. The sales rep misrepresented information for the service. There was hardly any and then you get the total runaround when trying to return the phone. This store tried to be helpful but the contract was foreign to them. The information given over the phone to return the cell phone was incorrect and there customer service line is horrible and rude. We waited 3 hours for supervisor Ashley to call back while we were at the store. When she said it would be a half hour. She never called BACK. We had to call again. To find out we needed a shopping label. I missed work waiting to return this phone after driving almost 2 hours to the nearest AT&T. My daughter was totally mislead and save yourself and your family agony. Pick a different cell phone carrier. This was a horrible experience and unnecessary. Again this store was not the issue it is private sales reps and there phone customer service.
