I'm with Qualstar Credit Union that does shared branching with Obee credit union. They will not allow me to access my funds thru the drive thru. I understand I am not an Obee credit union member, but, I am a member with shared branching. With that being said any member even if it's shared branching should have access to their funds. Or open back up the lobby. It makes no sense how I can walk into lobby and have access to my funds, but go to the driveway and they brush me off, like I don't matter. Oh and this all happened at the Lacey branch.

I started an account for my adult son here. We had to schedule a time to come in because they are short staffed but they worked with us and even though we had to wait a half hour past our appointment time we were checked in on and informed what the hold up was and when we got the help we needed it went pretty fast.

Hi Michelle, thanks for your question! Members can withdraw up to $1,000 per day at our ATMs, or complete 5 daily ATM withdrawals - whichever comes first. Non-OBee ATMs may have different limits and non-members using our ATMs are subject to the limits imposed by their Financial Institution. We hope this information is helpful!

Hi Jo, we do not cash third-party checks or accept them for deposit. The best solution would be to go to the bank listed on the check. They should be able to cash the check and there may be a fee involved. You might want to call them first to verify.
Depends on a few factors but approximately 17-22K over 5 years based on 5-10% interest rate.
