Very well kept rooms. Just a tad pricy but that's what you would expect for quality. A little short staffed here and there.. privacy could use a tiny bit more adjusting... Especially when dealing with good ol Cleveland County LAW ENFORCEMENT haha overall would come back.. for breakfast if nothing else lol

First impression beautiful hotel. I hate to leave a review but this one really got to me. We booked a stay for 2 nights for the three of us. We were there for work. We arrived everything went well but later on we noticed that our bathroom wouldn’t flush. We called down to the front and the lady was nice enough to try and see if she could fix it due to maintenance not being there. She tried but no luck. The lady told us maintenance would come by first thing in the morning. So for the first night we had to keep going to the lobby to use the washroom. Keep in mind 3 women and 1 of us being pregnant. So lots of bathroom breaks. The pregant one has not had an easy pregnancy so there for having to get sick in the shower since we didn’t have a toilet to flush. After going to work the next morning and coming back we were still without a running toilet. After that we decided just to check out a day early and go to another hotel. We went down stairs to check out and the front desk said I would have to check out the next day when we were suppose to depart. I then explained to the front our situation and why we were leaving and then the front happily checked us out then. I then received my invoice the next day and the checkout time stated that we checked out the next day showing that we stayed for the whole reservation which we in fact did not! We checked out a whole day early. Definitely not worth the money! I think the best part of all of this was when they offered us $20 for the inconvenience. 🤣 what a joke! Stay Away.

I stayed here on a business trip. My room was large, clean and set up nicely. I had no issues with my room. Note: the fridge does not have a freezer portion. The breakfast is the normal hotel waffles, eggs, choice of fruit, cereal and pastries. The hallways and elevator needs some air fresheners. They smell kind of like an old vacuum. If you are a light sleeper, the highway might bother you. I loved the fire pit! It was a nice option on cooler nights. Staff is very friendly. The location is great for business, I wouldn't stay here for vacation though. There's not much around other than business and food.

My stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites was good. Great welcome and hospitality from all the staff. The food really taste good and seasoned with TLC if you might. It was different from other hotels who serve the same type of breakfast. I appreciate that all staff wore their mask and kept the facility clean. Only reservation I had was the fact that many of the guests were not considerate of others well being and didn't wear their masks nor use sanitizer yet touching everything too especially considering the high number of Covid-19 cases.
