This place is ridiculous, don’t even bother trying to get your prescriptions here, by the time you’re helped you’ll have succumbed to whatever disease you need the medicine for. Every single time I come here to get my medicine, wether i go through drive-thru or go in to the store, I end up waiting for 30 minute’s minimum. It’s absolutely crazy and has been going on like this for YEARS! Don’t bother shopping here either, nothing you can’t get for cheaper at many of the other stores around town. Truly a joke to this chain of establishments.

This place is an absolute joke. Every single time I call in a script renewal, it is always late despite their system saying it will be ready for pick up at a certain time. Always. I can call it in to be ready the NEXT DAY and when I show up, lo and behold, it still hasn't been completed. It could be 2, 3, even 6 hours late. Take right now for instance as I type this. I called in my wife's renewal at 9:52am. System said it would be ready for pickup at 11am. I deliberately waited an hour and a half beyond that because I knew it would be late. I show up and guess what? "It will be 20 more minutes. They just started it" I gave them 30 minutes before getting back in line at the drive thru. That was 25 minutes ago and in that time they have successfully helped 1 car. 5 other cars have given up entirely and just left. Once I finish typing this review, I will be emailing corporate because this pharmacy needs some serious training or people just need to flat out be fired.

ZERO Stars: (Now Rite Aid) Stopped to pick up pain meds for daughter after her surgery. She called when about an hour away to make sure it would be ready. They had about three hours to fill it. When we tried to pick it up they said it would be a least an hour more. No apology, nothing. This is the third time this has happened. They have lost my business and anyone I can persuade to NEVER do business with them again.

This pharmacy took four days to fill my daughter's prescription. I called on Monday morning and they didn't have it ready until Friday morning. Talking with the pharmacist on how frustrated I was. The pharmacist was very rude and told me to go somewhere else. I did that, the other pharmacy had my daughter's prescription ready in fifteen minutes.
