Service was pretty quick, we had a group of 10 and no one had any issues. I can't speak for everyone's food, but the chicken salad was tasty.

I Used to love Aunt Beas we have only been to the one in Galax or Mount Airy.We stopped by the Hillsville location while traveling today. Customer service was a joke. No how are yoy, Have a good day, didnt tell us what we owed just stuck her hand out for the card and handed it back and shut the door. My husbands cuick wagon had slaw and pickles when we requested mayo and tomato only. His Tater tots where basically shredded hashbrown, but were hot. I had a bacon cheese burger ($6.89 sandwich only) it was flavorless, but made correctly. I did order cheese munchers and they were cold, not even heat lamp warm just cold. The lemonade is sugar water and the Dr Pepper was flat. Very disappointed especially considering how much the prices have increased.

Great service and close to home cooking taste food. Love how you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner at anytime of the day. Great staff as well. Keep up the good work 🤍

Not pleased. The food was cold and had no flavor. You can tell the eggs are instant as well as the grits, not fair for the price.
