Way overpriced. The $7 deals do not include any protein. If you add Chicken, it's another $3.50 so you're over $10 for a little bowl.

I tried several dishes from this company and didn’t enjoy any of them. The food is so bland and noodles taste very weird, with a strange texture. Meatballs taste very fake and worse than frozen/ package ones. I’m surprised with the reviews.

Worst Noodles and Co I've ever been to. We were the only people in the restaurant, so that should have tipped us off. Staff was friendly but food was horrible. I ordered chicken and what I got looked and tasted like burnt cardboard. When they brought us our food they gave us only two forks and one knife. Also the pot stickers my boyfriend got were served at room temperature. Would not recommend.

This one on the West Shore opened about 6 months ago but I haven't had a chance to visit (more like totally forgot about it). Recently they ran a promo with a $5 off for downloading their mobile app -- a perfect opportunity to try it out. The place was surprisingly crowded, thanks to the holiday shoppers. We got the last table. The lady taking my order was very friendly. The dining area was organized and clean. Much like Panera Bread and Bonbon Cafe, you order and pay at the counter and the server brings the food to you. We order 3 Noodle dishes: - Spicy Korean Beef Noodles $8.69 - Steak Strogenoff $8.79 - Alfredo MonteAmore $8.59 We put the number placard on the table, and within 5-10 minutes our noodles were served. The Korean Noodle was good, very spicy, but that little bit of tangy-ness got old near the end. My wife's Strogenoff was OK. My son loved the Alfredo though a bit too cheesy he said; chicken was nice and tender. All noodles were cooked al dente, good texture on each bite. They gave generous amount of proteins for all 3 dishes. I thought the prices were very reasonable. I wish they have a location downtown Harrisburg near work so I can have quick noodles for lunch from time to time.

There is no greater priority than the safety and well-being of our team members and guests. Since the onset of COVID, we have taken steps to ensure that safety is our ongoing priority. We have taken many steps, include requiring all team members and guests to wear masks; sanitizing all common areas at least every two hours; creating socially distant seating for open dining rooms; installing plexiglass shields at our counters; and implementing tamper-evident bag seals for all to-go orders.
