I get it, you hate your job! Then, why are you working there?? Texting during work hours, while im right in front ,not a care in the world. Find something that doesn’t bore the life out of you! I literally felt uncomfortable for the 45 seconds that i was inside the office with her. Disgusting customer service! Im guessing online is my only option. Wow. Nov. 7. 2018 1:43 pm

Very disappointed with service at front counter as I came in on Monday October 31 at 10:55 am and I was the only one in the office and asked the front counter person if she could check over my paperwork as I have had a stroke and want to be sure of my additions etc and she says she did it in her head and hands me back the paper to write a check and when I ask her for a copy she says her copier is having problems Very poor customer service
