Golden Chariot was used by me on 6/30/22 for Dr appointment. I called at 4:09pm for return ride home and was told it be 5:30 pm this unacceptable !!! I wasn't until 6:00pm when they showed up!! Clinic was kept open until 6 just for me, the staff was not happy!! They over-book their rides, I will not use them ever again!!!

Wow thank u Jesus for this company and for the staff they are so kind and Dani from dispatch deserves a metal or a promotion or a raise all the staff there I'm so thankful for this service there is nothin like this back home the staff even went to bat to help me get a job there! And they never treat me like I'm dumb because of the culture difference I love this medical pays for your cab ride I love u guys thank u I pray the Lord bless yall richly especially du Dani and Melissa

Again I've never been to The Human Services Council, yet I do have access to what they provide, which is a means of transportation called Medicaid Medical Transportation which is a free means for people who have to get to medical appointments and pharmacies. The only thing about setting up a ride through them is it takes about an hour to get an answer from there call center in order to set up a ride!!!!! I just called them on: 10/18/18 at around 11:30am to set up a ride and as soon as the ride was scheduled I was rudely and abruptly hung up on!!!!!!!!!!!! Which was a first. I think they've gotten worse over time!!!!

Yes they will IF you have WA state medicaid insurance coverage. It's best to call at least 3 days (or more) before the appointment otherwise their transport schedule can get pretty full. You can schedule up to 2 weeks ahead of time.
