I bring prepaid UPS packages there all the time, previously they did charge a $1 fee but it was worth it not to have to stand in line at other places.Recently brought a package there with dollar in hand and was told they don’t charge anymore.

Went there today to send some items UPS, I am so glad I went local! The ladies working were friendly and work together as a team to box my items and get them in transit.. when I was ready to pay she said it was free of charge. Highly recommend them over the UPS store!

I normally will only go to 1 Stop Mail Shop. The owner is fantastic. My wife and I needed a "Notary" on wednesday. Walked in- Owner was not there. Two young ladies behind the counter. We said we need a "Notary". The one young lady said "oh, that's her" and pointedcto other lady on the cell phone. We stand in front of her- she could plainly see we were waiting politely and patiently-- while we had to listen to some friend talk about meeting after work about -- going to a gym!?! We waited, waited, she took her time and in no rush ended her call. It''s sad. I guess paying $5.00 -$10.00 for a notary stamp deserves no customer service. If I need 1 Stop mail service again- and these customer service ladies are behind the counter I will immediately leave.

I have only been to this mail store twice, both times I went in with a complicated mailing job and a difficult printing order that involved using my iPhone and their computer. Even though they were extremely busy they took the time to figure things out and got the jobs done. They worked together as a team and were genuinely friendly and professional. Whatever you need done they will go out of their way to help you! They also have a variety of gifts to explore, all of which are high quality and very reasonably priced. My experiences there were pleasantly satisfying and successful. I highly recommend this One Stop Mailing service for all of my mailing needs and more!

It is true, however, One Stop Mail Shop is not an approved UPS Store. You need to take it into Bellingham WA on Meridian Street.
Are you looking for package delivery or shipping out? If shipping out it will cost you $1.00 for UPS Pickup as One Stop Mail Shop is not an authorized UPS Shipper. Usually UPS arrives in the afternoon with deliveries and picks up in the morning.
