Great place to stay. Check in was easy, the room was extremely clean, and breakfast was hot. I would definitely recommend to other travelers who want a nice hotel to stay in.

Everything about this hotel was great, except for the bed! OMG, the bed was absolutely horrible. My husband & I both woke up both morning with horrible back pain. We will both be visiting the chiropractor asap! Two days later & we are still having back pain. We won't be staying here again unless they replace the mattresses!

I have stayed at other Hilton owned hotels and this by no means measures up. I chose this hotel, and paid 200$ for the night because I expected a more luxurious stay than say, a quality inn. I didn't get it. The bed was rock hard, the shower head was small and cheap. The chairs were stained. There were not upgraded toiletries. The breakfast was your standard cardboard eggs hotel breakfast. I would skip this hotel next time and try the quality inn. The only bright spot was the staff. The staff was very helpful.

Buyer beware. This hotel charged my credit card the full amount of $351 without my staying there. I was unable to go on my trip and needed to cancel. The hotel told me I had to call Hilton corporate, which I did. I explained that the people going on the trip with me canceled and therefore I would not attend by myself. They put me on hold as they called the hotel directly to see what could be done. Within a few minutes, I received an email with a receipt showing I paid $351 and "thank you for my stay" (which wasn't for another 10 days). When they returned to the phone, she said that someone from the hotel would be calling me to figure out how to credit my credit card. Of course, no one ever called. When I inquire two days later, I was told I had to speak to the General Manager. She informed me that they canceled my reservation and kept the money. She went on to say that I had booked a "non-refundable room" and said she is the "enforcer of rules". Now they have resold my room and kept my money. She was cold and will not return phone calls. I consider this to be an unethical business practice. With gas prices, food prices, and everything sky high, I certainly do not have $351 to donate to a huge hotel chain. Shame on you, Hilton/Hampton!
