Fast, professional installation. Unlike some of their competitors, they were willing and able to remove the toilet and re-install it. They reset my existing baseboards after the install and also put new baseboards in the bathroom. They left some black, greasy handprints on my stove when they moved it, but other than that was very happy with the product and their service.
