The location is great for motorcyclists. The roads to the east or west are very nice. The outdoor patio/pavilion area was handy for shooting the breeze. We had a group stay there. They were short staffed, but the woman who was there could really hustle. We had one issue with an overcharge, but they cleared this up. Our group could have avoided this by being more meticulous with who paid what; the large group made it hard to track and their informal attitude was homey, but not ideal for business. Best to call on the phone to try and get a reservation. I'd stay there again if I was in the area. Be aware of a local dude with his dog who is keen on chatting people up and drinking your beer; he's harmless except he does like your beer.

We stayed there for 2 nights and there was no maid service in our room. There was a man vacuuming in a room down the hallway, but I'm not sure if he was vacuuming a room that had been vacated, or if it was a guest room. But no one ever came to our room to make the bed.
