Love our Sumner Papa Murphy's! Our pizzas are always fresh and correct with generous toppings and the employees are always so friendly!

Ordered a 5 meat stuffed pizza, got it cooked and while cutting noticed olives, looked and found mushrooms and other things we didn't order. Called the store expecting to be told to bring it back and get what we ordered but Taylor said all she could do was give us $4 off our next order. I can't eat mushrooms and 2 of the others in my house don't like them, this pizza was a waste and even worse is basically being told to just deal with it because they don't care.

This location is awful! Twice now I have stopped by over half an hour before closing and they already had everything put away. This time they didn't even have the pizza I paid for, they couldn't make me one, and they didn't know how to refund my money. Worst of all, they were rude on top of it and tried to blame me by accusing me of coming to the wrong store (until I showed them my confirmation) and ordering too far in advance (3 hours). Heads up to everyone, they also said online orders are routinely stolen from this location, but it's not their job to do anything about it... I'll be sticking with the Bonney Lake location.

Truly a zero star experience. Online order.Thai chicken was made wrong. At 8:09 pm on a Sunday the cashier had the balls to tell me they were sold out of zucchini which goes on a thai chicken and pizza cutters. Didn't call to ask if I'd like some other pizza option. Also asked me to pay with a card or figure it out because his register was wiped out and he couldnt make change. The whole store was shut down except for the online rack. Try to close early and get paid for nothing I have no doubt. This store has been terrible for awhile now. Rude and incompetent something is always messed up. All the sauce was on the crust all the cheese was on the topping and it all slide off like it was on ice. I ate soggy plain crust with all topping on a plate. So disgusting.My cat could do better and he is half crippled and senile.
