Last time I ever step foot in this Target location. Went to return a quest 2 today that i had purchased from a different target. The first girl that helped me out was very nice, just doing her job. She couldnt find the serial number so she asked if we knew where it was. I wasn't sure, nor my husband. So she asked a co worker that was near her, and he found it for her. Then she was having trouble reading the serial number from the oculus headset to the box cover that it came with. The same guy that helped her had left and she had to call in another co-worker. New girl comes up and is reading the serial number from the headset to the box cover and the last number wasnt matching together. So she told me because the serial number didnt match that they wouldn't be able to give me a refund. I said excuse me? The same guy that helped original girl that was helping her came back and stepped in to help us. He took the oculus controller and read the serial number to the box cover and both of them were correct. So because of him we were able to get a refund. I forgot his name, but thank you soooo much for helping. The other coworker that she called in was refusing to accept that they were matching. The girl that was originally helped us out did apologize for everything and understand she was doing her job. But the girl that she called in had a attitude like she didn't even want to be at work. Ill stick with driving the extra few miles to Queen Creek for now on!!!!!!

Had a return today at this Target and had absoutely fabulour service. All the customer service people were very helpful and made sure I went away satisified.

I've never been to a store where ALL the employees are so kind and happy. I was greeted with a big smile by any employee that passed my way. Not sure what is going on at this Target but whoever is managing it is doing a good job! Will definitely return!

Pick up sucks now. They ALWAYS forget an item or two and I have to go back for my missed items. They used to be so good but it’s changed a lot. Gonna stick to frys pick up. Also it’s like they find the oldest produce to give you it’s definitely not stuff they would pick for themselves. I got some really bad strawberries so I went in when that same day when I had to go for my missed items and saw perfectly fresh strawberries.
