Terrible, I've never experienced worse customer service. I went in ready to get a new phone..but had a few questions about the new Google phone. "Murrat" the employee assigned to me, was absolutely clueless about the phone.. when I asked him questions, he actually told me I should just look it up.. I had already done research and still had questions that I hadn't found the answers to. I asked to actually hold one of the phones and just flat out said no. I would highly recommend not going here. Terrible experience. I should just switch to TMobile.

My phone stopped working. With the assistance of the Verizon Representative was given a new phone. My new phone was delivered to my home same day of my appointment. A representative came to my home with the new phone and changed over all of my information to my new phone. Wonderful customer service.
