-5 stars. Had to euthanize my best friend. They quoted me a price, but was a third more. Money wasn't the issue, they walked out to the car to sedate my cat. I told them to bring him inside and return him to me. After a bit they euthanized him outside so other customers could see me grieve during his last moments. There was no dignity in my cat's passing, no privacy. I will NEVER bring any of my fur babies to this place that won't afford the dignity of a private passing and I recommend that anyone reading this reconsider their choice. I was offered a clay paw print, but they didn't have any clay. On numerous occasions I was offered a box to carry away my baby. I refused and took him wrapped in his blanket. This was one of the hardest choices I had to make and I don't fault them for his condition, he had terminal cancer. I don't care about the padded bill. It was the callous nature and the public spectacle I detest. If you choose to ignore this, then I hope your experience with this establishment is better than mine was.

I brought my Great Dane puppy in for a keratin cyst removal - which I was terrified to do because I had gone to two other vets prior to finding this amazing vet! The last vet wrote down on file to NEUTER my puppy which is a huge no no on Dane puppies under 24m old. I called them out they said the vet planned to neuter because he spoke to me about which he did not (this was value pet clinic puyallup) and my dog was always growly and rude when going to that clinic. They made him feel so uncomfy!!!! Took him to this new vet at A SMALL ANIMAL CLINIC and he was so much easier to handle and did so well! The vet here and the staff are absolutely amazing in every single aspect! I have fully switched my pets to this clinic and will make the hour drive each way to continue devoting to their services! Wonderful vet, wonderful staff and WONDERFUL CLINIC! If I could give a 10 star rating they would have it. Thankyou for taking care of my dog in the way all pet owners expect and request. He’s doing great and came home in great spirits.

Very friendly knowledgeable and efficient. My shiba inu typically pouts after vet visits that include shots and blood work however she came out of the office happy and ready to play! Thank you for taking great care of our baby!

They were great. They got my cat in in a timely manner according to his issue. They were very good to my baby cat and I would totally take him or any other of my animals there. He had 6 puncture wounds on his head and you can barely see a scar.
