I am giving this a one star because you cannot give out zeros. I used to come here a few years ago. I left town for a while and returned because I remembered loving it. I went in to get a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was okay, not great nor good quality. The tools that they used were not sanitized or cleaned. They just pulled them out of boxes with other tools and put them back once they were done. This box did not look sterile. The manicure was terrible. The table was dirty and definitely not cleaned. The hand dipping water was ice cold. It's usually warm with soap. She cut me 2 times and didn't even acknowledge that she did it, even after I started bleeding from all cuts. Even though she cut me she still left dead/dry skin on my cuticles. The nail painting was far from being good. There was gel all over my skin and did not look professionally done. I was too angry and too embarrassed to say anything, since I had waited so long to realize the tools were not sterile. I paid and left and will never be coming back again.

I found my new Nail/pedicure home! My previous nail shop never opened back up after COVID-19 shut them down last year and I've been on a hunt ever since to find my new home. I've tried several shops from Renton to Puyallup and gave each at least 2 chances to reel me in.... nobody was consistent. I was losing hope. Then I found Lovely Nails......they do an exceptional job and each time I've been back it actually gets BETTER! My nails have never looked or felt better. They are tailored to my exact specifications BEFORE I even ask. They look and feel so natural.... they're even thin enough for me to scratch... 😆 They paint the polish on all the way to the cuticle so your fill lasts longer and completely symmetrical... I truly can't say enough about this shop!

Terrible experience. They overpaid me and I wasn’t satisfied with what I got. My nails are very bubbly and fat. They wouldn’t give me my money back or fix it. And the costumer service was terrible. My nails are crooked as well and some aren’t even completely filled in on the sides with the powder. I am disappointed with my experience at this nail salon.

She is gentle and very attentive- pays so much attention to the little details and makes everything look perfect. The environment is so nice and the salon itself is beautiful. We were so happy with the outcome this is the definitely our new spot here in la!!
