My son went to this store to get dinner and came home saying how nice, calm, and friendly the teenager (young man) was in putting their food together. For my son to come home (he's 11) and say that, it was must have been superb service! Thank you!!

We had a bad experience here. We tried to order on their app and it wasn’t working so we asked them in store if they would honor the online discount since the app wasn’t working correctly and they said no. So we tried ordering online from their website instead so we would get the deal since we have a big family and we asked if they could help us with ordering online and they did not and said “it’s finicky”. It was terrible. There wasn’t anyone else inside Subway and they were just standing around so you would think they would at least try or make it easy and just honor the discount. Ridiculous! And then once we ordered online (which didn’t work correctly still so we didn’t get correct sandwiches) they took FOREVER to make them and one employee made them (when she decided to while the other employee stood there. Very disappointed and frustrated especially with hungry kiddos.
