HORRIBLE experience - after an honest and forthright discussion I had with them around an employee that was underperforming, the company terminated their relationship with me, citing contractual violations, etc.It was later discovered that the company had never sent any contracts and therefore was unaware of the violations. Brought my issue to executive leadership, they could not have cared any less. It's clear this was a HUGE MISTAKE- they are unprofessional with zero empathy or concern for clients. i should also mention that they6 have no respect for their workforce and talk about their non-skilled workforce as it they are worthless robots. Is there a way to give them less than one star?
