WORST NAIL PLACE IN ARIZONA ! DO NOT COME HERE!! I was charged $70 for nails they did a horrible job on. I was also asked to pay before my nails were even finished which is very unprofessional but they stated they were closing the tab so I needed to pay first. I got both a manicure and pedicure and they were both completely ruined nothing like what I asked for. When I asked for a refund or compensation they refused even though the other nail techs noticed and were laughing at how bad the nails looked. COMPLETE SCAMMERS. I will make sure none of my family and friends come here.

While I was getting the nails done, the nail tech was multi tasking and doing someone else’s too, and answering the phone and all over the place. My nails were sooo thick and terrible they broke off after about a week. I use to come here a lot when they were on the other side of the building. They were fine but now it’s just so terrible and they are rude.

This place is TERRIBLE!! And they definitely discriminate!!!! I’m an African American female and was bluntly ignored by every nail tech!! No one spoke to me!! I waited 40 minutes before I felt so embarrassed and left!! I only stayed that long with hopes someone would at least acknowledge I was there!! And by the way they were NOT busy!! I was the only one in the waiting area!! I will NEVER be back.
