Chipotle is great, the last two visits have been unpleasant. We had ordered 2 bags of large Chips with Queso and Guac and only received one bag with Queso and Guac. Double checked that we ordered two in case we made a mistake ordering and needless to say we didn't but we're already home and weren't going to drive back for just chips. The second time we made a mobile order and arrived as the time on the app indicated. We didn't see the order there was one person in line and it wasn't busy. When we asked if they knew how much longer our order would take a female employee was very rude and understandably she was agitated because nobody was assisting her with mobile orders which was busy while eating in wasn't. Irrespective of that it didn't need to be taken out on us for asking when the order would be ready for pick up.

The workers here are sooo rude. They don’t care you’re a customer at all or value a customers presence. No one smiles. And they rush you in the line rudely with a rehearsed no eye contact phrase “anything else”. The first guy Asking what we wanted didn’t even give me a chance to order kids meal because they want an answer on your burrito all quickly. Once I got to cashier I said I didn’t get a chance to order a kids meal. They looked annoyed. I think the cashier was the manager and he was so annoyed and was talking rudely to me about what we wanted on it. Name on the receipt was ulises. Geez. No hospitality from anyone! Corporate should enforce a smile at the very least if you can’t be polite.

I love Chipotle, it's always a great go-to after a workout! It sucks that inflation has hit pretty hard and as a result even Chipotle has raised prices yet again, but it happens and it's to be expected with rising costs of just about everything nowadays. This particular location I am giving a 4 star review, mainly because it can be hit or miss for me due to different circumstances. A few times I have ordered from here through the app, I've not been fully satisfied with my order. I will give certain examples of what I mean. There have been a few times that I ordered burrito bowls with chicken and the chicken has been bland and had no seasoning that I could taste, and it ruined the experiences a bit. Another time I ordered through the app so that I could be in and out quickly instead of waiting in a long line to get my food, and instead of it being ready in about 10 minutes like it usually takes, it took me a little over 30 minutes just to get my food. With all that being said, this location is usually pretty good, but do beware that there are times where things won't be 100% and you may be left unsatisfied for one reason or another. I really wish I could give them 5 stars, but I'm just trying to be as honest as I can and let other people know about my experiences so that they can be aware of possibilities that can also happen to them.

I just received the order from Ubereats and BEWARE they will not adjust the price. They stacked the crunchy tacos on the bottom, the two glass bottles on their sides ontop, and then the cup of queso ontop of the bottles so of course it was opened and spilled over everything. I cleaned up that mess and was just going to ask for a refund for the queso but then the portion sizes on the food was awful and just messy, one of the soft tacos had ONE piece of very fatty meat - that's it! Overall everything was terrible.

Dine in is closed, masks required inside for pickup, and their app allows you to order ahead of time. There is NO curbside, which is a bummer. Delivery is always an option too.
