The mechanics are honest and honor pricing matches from old estimates even though they raised rates. For my car, their diagnosis was incomplete and it ended up setting me back by over $700 more in parts over and beyond what was originally estimated. For their failure to diagnose correctly, however, they waived all labor fees for the extra parts that needed to be installed.
