Oil changes are usually between $50 and $65 bucks, the guy was talking so fast that I missed that it was actually between $75 and $95. He gave me a discount but I feel like it's like a tactic used to get more money in the end. It felt like I was rushed. In Texas when I get my oil changed, they are thorough and they show me the disptick afterwards, they also check the front air filter not just the one located near the engine. They go through the process with me eloquently and slowly to where I can understand the prices, the oil and anything else. Guy must have had a revved up motor for a mouth. Fast does not equal good service unless you're actually able to maintain thorough and competent service at the same time. This place was a complete rush job and overpriced.

I've been going here for several years and typically have a good experience, but today stood out for great customer service. The team was so efficient and pleasant to deal with. I got an estimate for a front brake job and questions answered in plain English. Did not feel pressured or rushed. Great team.

I went to the Jiffy Lube located on State Street in Marysville, WA. The staff is friendly and knowlegeable. One of my turn signals was not working. I told them to go ahead and change the bulb. When they went to do that, the tech realized the bulb was just loose and not burnt out. They could have very easily charged me for a new bulb and I would not have know. Their honesty says mountains of how great a staff they have. Although it can get busy, it is never a long wait. I can get in and out of there on a lunch break. I take both my cars there and if I could take my motorcycle there, I would as well.

Paul and the team were fantastic! I was in line for an oil change, Paul was on his way out to his lunch break and stopped and looked under my hood to give me an idea of the issue I expressed with my clutch. He had a team member write me up 3 separate quotes since my situation could be a number of things. They were even able to fit me into their busy schedule on a Friday later that day. Everyone there gave great, friendly and knowledgeable service. I will definitely be returning as a regular customer.
